Straight from the farm
Dan, our founder, is processing fresh asparagus from the fields, weighing it into parcels, and putting it out on the floor. It doesn’t get fresher than this!
The “purple passion” asparagus has a short season, so come in between late May and the end of June to try this family favorite. Dan & Martha chop theirs with a bit of balsamic and enjoy raw it’s so sweet!
Our farm is harvesting three seasons’ worth of produce
Rhubarb from our over 100-year-old rootstock! The rhubarb fields are approximately 500ft from the market where it’s sold, made into pies and preserves.
